2. Customer Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Customers at Minh Thanh always have all the rights and obligations of a service user \u2013 as stipulated in the Vietnamese Civil Code and Commercial Law. To ensure the best interests, customers also need to comply with the following regulations:<\/p>\n
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their information.<\/p>\n
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information of the person or organization registering to use the service, and must ensure that relevant documents sent to us are accurate, such as ID cards, passports, etc., when requested.<\/p>\n
3. Minh Thanh’s Responsibilities<\/p>\n
As a service provider, we have all the rights and obligations of a service provider as stipulated in the Civil Code and Commercial Law. We have the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Providing document destruction services as committed in the signed contract.
\nProviding ongoing customer support throughout the service period, according to the support policy outlined in the terms of use for each service.
\nFully notifying customers of any changes to the service.
\nComplying with all other commitments in this document and related legal documents.<\/p>\n

\nMinh Thanh supports two payment methods: bank transfer and cash. Customers have the right to choose the payment method that suits them best.<\/p>\n
