Using the service to store copyrighted digital content, counterfeit content, or content impersonating other organizations/individuals
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers at Minh Thanh always have all the rights and obligations of a service user – as stipulated in the Vietnamese Civil Code and Commercial Law. To ensure the best interests, customers also need to comply with the following regulations:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information of the person or organization registering to use the service, and must ensure that relevant documents sent to us are accurate, such as ID cards, passports, etc., when requested.
3. Minh Thanh’s Responsibilities
As a service provider, we have all the rights and obligations of a service provider as stipulated in the Civil Code and Commercial Law. We have the following responsibilities:
Providing document destruction services as committed in the signed contract.
Providing ongoing customer support throughout the service period, according to the support policy outlined in the terms of use for each service.
Fully notifying customers of any changes to the service.
Complying with all other commitments in this document and related legal documents.
4. Invoice and Payment Information
1. Payment Methods
Minh Thanh supports two payment methods: bank transfer and cash. Customers have the right to choose the payment method that suits them best.
2. Taxes
Customers are obligated to pay all taxes for each service.
3. Refusal of Payment
We reserve the right to refuse payment if we detect any irregularities or signs of criminal activity.

We may change the terms of service, any policies, or related legal documents as needed. Changes will be notified to customers via email when necessary, but customers are responsible for regularly reviewing these documents to ensure compliance with the terms.
